Penguins Of Madagascar - TV Series

Another one of the first shows we worked on as out outsource base for Nickelodeon while I was at Oktobor. I can't quite remember if it was this that we started off with, or Fanboy and Chum Chum (I think there was a month or so gap between the two starting up).

Responsibilities were Mod Sup'ing the props/sets that were needed, in accordance to the established style and pipeline of Nickelodeon (this being a slightly older show than others we were starting on, there were variations in the pipeline standards compared to the newer shows, but still largely similar workflows).
Penguins had already been aired for a season 1 by the time we started working on the show (Season 2/3) so a lot of the prebuild was done and we were dealing with episodic.
Again, outsource was in tandem with another studio, so all efforts needed to be made to establish consistency in the aesthetic and workflow is adhered to.
Definitely a fun show to work on, a bit of a fan favorite show which was very popular, and also was a nice full circle moment for me when years later (2019-2021) I would move on to Madagascar: A Little Wild, another variation of the Madagascar universe. No Peguins that time, as the show is a "prequel" where Marty/Alex/Melman/Gloria are young.
