We took on our share of Fanboy/Chum Chum assets for season 2, building sets and props.
One of the first shows we started working on at Oktobor Animation, on the Asset side of things for Nickelodeon, and it was a wild ride.
My role as Mod Sup on the outsource side had me overseeing and reviewing all assets that were built for the shows we took on, which at one point or another were 3 shows at one time with 3 different modeling teams. Needless to say it was very busy, a bit of a blur, but I really loved the opportunity to learn from the good people at Nickelodeon, and was excited to work with several of them again at a later date when they moved to Dreamworks TV and I moved to another studio that received their outsource)
Our work as an outsource saw me able to visit the Nick studios for pipeline training and to meet the team.
Assets were split between a couple studios which meant consistency in modeling approaches, style, and pipeline were necessary to make sure everything worked together nicely for anim/render etc.
